Awarded annually to the junior or juvenile with the best average speed for two 10 mile and two 25 mile events in closed Club, Inter-club, Association events to which the Club is affiliated and any Open event. An award will also be given to the runner-up.
Junior is someone aged between 17 and 18. Please refer to British Cycling for the specific definition
